Esta Bien Mis Amigos (02/10/2022)

Hola todos!!

I am trying to redeem myself this week for my one paragraph email last week lol. So much has happened, and I can't remember any of it haha. The title for this week is because our workshop teacher always says this to us. We love that dude. His name is Hermano Alarcon. 

We had a devotional about the women and sister missionaries in the church and it was great! It's also our one month in the mission today! It's so crazy! I can hardly believe it. We still have so many classes, but we are making good progress on our Spanish. (At least I hope so.) I spend most of class just nodding my head with no idea with what's going on. 

At church on Sunday, Elder Fajardo was so tired, so when we went to do our district meeting he just laid on the floor and took a nap. He looks dead. (Picture to the right.) On Saturday our teacher got us bread from outside, and there's a picture of that on here too! (Picture below.) We also have our infamous elder at the CCM who never wears a mask and our teacher has started taking pictures of him, so we sometimes do too. We keep making memes, but we have to draw them, and we made one about him lol. It's illegal here not to wear a mask. He's in the background of the other two hermanas pictures. (Picture at the bottom.)

Yesterday we also had two of the elders do an interpretive dance and they said not to film it to the teachers, but didn't tell us because we don't have phones, so I used my camera to film it. I think all that we do here is laugh sometimes. We had to give a fake lesson, and the elders were our teachers' fake children but they were all girls under the age of 12 so that was interesting for our lesson.

We have been having so much fun here, but we also have been having a great time with all the church stuff too. The CCM is so much fun, and I am so happy that I have been able to come here. We are also late to everything because our elders just talk to everyone. We have been late to dinners and classes so much.
